There are loads of ways to keep active during the winter months. you can improve your technique with like-minded people on warm winter training camps, learn to ski in the beautiful French Alps or even swim a marathon in your local pool.

Free Local Runs if your looking for some support to help get you out in Winter. Running Free host group runs starting from the shop, Running Free, in Poole at 7pm on Thursdays which will be a 10k at moderate pace and 5k’s on Mondays at 6pm. No stress, no pressure just have some fun in your run and come along and enjoy it. Its free, as is the parking outside at that time and you can leave any personal belongings locked up in the shop until you get back!
